Step 2: The patient uploads a photo of their health insurance card and pays $4.99

Step 3: We fill out the paperwork and send it off

Based on the patients health insurance information, our systems will identify the right forms to fill out and the right way to transmit them to their insurance company. We present these forms to the patient before we send them, so they have a chance to review them for accuracy and sign them.

Step 4: If approved, the insurance company mails the patient a check

Most insurance companies process claims within 30 to 45 days. If the patient's claim is denied they can contact us for a refund of the $4.99.
